There is no such thing as a one-way telephone line, but you can set up your phone and fax machine to operate on the appropriate lines (you do want to both send and receive faxes and/or calls, right?) You need one of these, can probably find it at Radio Shack or a big box hardware store. It plugs into your two-line RJ-11 modular jack and has three outlets: L1/L2 + L1 + L2. Figure out which line you want to use for incoming only, outgoing only, and set up accordingly.
