It would definitely be possible.
The down-side is the high cost of a water source heat pump since it would have to supplemented on at least one end, i.e. another A/C unit to cool the house when the pool gets too warm, and/or a gas fired pool heater (or air heat pump) to heat the pool if air temps don't require much A/C for the house. Add in potential increased cost to run the pool pump longer to provide house cooling.
Technically feasible, definitely complex, maybe a cost savings, but maybe not too.
