I can't say I'd recommend Brownell. I was going to get the 60K service for my 9-5 V6 wagon done there, but their service writers and parts specialist weren't clear on the difference between the serpentine belt and the timing belt, and they didn't believe that there was a tensioner pulley for the timing belt.
When I heard that, I left, and sought service elsewhere. I went to Roberti, whose service department never impressed me, but at least they understood the importance of replacing the tensioner pulley on the timing belt at the 60K service on a V6 9-5. (However, finding some leftover tool or tube of something or other after every service there didn't leave me with lots of confidence. Compared to independent shops in the Hudson Valley, Roberti really wasn't "all that.")
I generally go to Especially Swedish for my repair work now. They're pretty good.
