I have never to bad mouthed anyone on this website, but consumers need to look after each other.
I bought my 2004 9-3 from there, new, and let's just say I wouldn't buy another car from 128. I was always pushed aside and had to constantly wait around. It took almost a month for delivery and three visits by me, even though the car was on the lot.
The service department, which I only used for warranty work, was extremely disorganized. The service managers are nice, but I had some major problems with them. Issues such as making an appointment to fix something, then having me arrive and sit for over an hour for them to come out and tell me the part never came in. This happened a couple of times. They always said my suspension and rattling was normal, when in fact it was not. They also took apart my dash to fix a regulator, then after that my dash developed a clunking. I brought it back, but they said a diagnosis was not covered under warranty, even though I said it happened after they took apart the dash.
I know this post may get deleted because I sound harsh, but 128 truly made my life difficult for the first 50,000 miles of my car, especially since it is a 60 mile round trip. An apology always goes a long way with me, but I never received one.
