I'm sure many are gone. Many/all are gone from Atlanta too. I don't care who pushes the paper as long as they do it properly. I’ve yet to find anyone useful in their customer service. I'm working with someone now who insists Saab never had an office in Atlanta and that the dealer rep works for the dealer. I'll overlook stupidity if they push the paper properly, yet they have been trained to state procedure and avoid anything that actually involves customer service.
Any suggestions for getting the dealer/Saab to properly handle post warranty, warranty claims? SaabUSA says I must pay for diagnostic and then they will consider coverage. They say 100% coverage is very unlikely. I may get no coverage which makes the diagnostic time and cost a waste. Dealer rep has blanket declined coverage on my car according to the dealership. Of course, Saab won’t let me speak to the dealer rep. The car was diagnosed but the dealer refused to put it on the RO so SaabUSA can’t see the issue. Now, the dealership is playing games about what is broken despite the tech confirming to me what in his opinion the issues were. His opinion matched the BB and my own opinion. The tech even pointed out a related issue I didn't ask him about.
Is one free to go to any dealer post warranty just like during the warranty?
