hours or you will get it done and deduct the cost from the rent. End of story. If it isn't fixed, get an appliance repairman to fix it, pay and deduct from the rent with a copy of bill enclosed. If you have paid with prepaid cheques, cancel one and write them a cheque for the revised amount.
