That's kind of the problem with buying new, I think. You feel obligated to get it serviced by the dealer under warranty, but if they can't diagnose anything, you're sunk. It sounds like your problems are all electrical in nature, and I would begin to suspect a bad ground wire somewhere. A good mechanic should be able to determine whether all of the systems you mention are properly grounded. Of if you have an ohmmeter, a little knowledge of electrical systems, and electrical diagrams (Haynes manual would even be helpful there), you could do it yourself. It's a good place to start and requires no expensive parts.
I should also mention that this board is an excellent resource and would encourage you to tap into it early in the course of your woes.
