First make sure it's not the breaker itself by swapping it with an adjacent one. This is probably the most likely suspect. If it isn't the breaker, you need to determine which outlets and lights are on that circuit. Next unplug everything from those outlets. If the breaker still trips, then you've got a short somewhere, and there probably isn't any quicker way to find it than disconnecting the outlets and lights one by one until the fault goes away.
