It took all of about 5 minutes today to blast this A-arm with the pressure blaster. It was a bit too bulky for my cabinet, and would have taken at least half an hour to blast that way. It takes at least 6cfm to run one, but it shoots less media at a higher velocity that a siphon blaster. A few years back, I blasted an entire engine bay of a 78T in about nine hours. The compressor pretty much ran the whole time, but not once did I have to wait for the pressure to build back up. That's a draw back of a siphon blaster = more air and more media, and they aren't as effective when there isn't sufficient pressure.
