refined it and made it business as usual. And that is really just Saab and Porsche. Now others are using what these guys have learned and proven in the market.
I don't think anyone else has consistently had production turbocharged gasoline engines in cars that have stood the test of time like those in Saabs and Porsches. OK, GM and Ford had some models here and there, but they were short-lived. Mercedes (and other Euros) had turbos in diesels, but that's a different game.
Just my 2 cents.
