So my rear passenger tire went completely flat while I was doing about 75 mph on I-84 tonight. That was fun. I got off the next exit and pulled into a Walgreens. It would not take air. So I got to put on the s-e-x-y little donut and hobbled home. I was riding on the rim and the tire was absolutely cooking. It smelled awesome...
I get home and there's a huge gouge in the inner sidewall. It's not repairable. It WAS part of a fully matching set of Toyo Observe Garit KX's, with about 12k miles on them. I'm going into my third winter using them. If I order one and just replace this one, will the world end? Or do I need to replace them in a pair? These suckers are $196 EACH. Thanks!
