Thanks, that thing looks like it could do the trick. I managed to get the reservoir unfrozen by heating up some winter fluid in a hot water bath and pouring it in. Unfortunately, some of the lines or the pump must have had residual frozen fluid because I blew another 2 fuses when I turned the washers on. It got down to -24F here last night, so I finally caved and brought it into a shop. It's a company car so it was cost to me besides the aggravation. I thought I fried the pump, but turns out things were still just frozen. Anyway, everything works now and I learned to not trust previous owners car care habits.
