stop being so paranoid. The system will have web access for map, weather, gps, etc. The IQon app store will only allow published apps from SAAB.

Now if you root your system (admin superuser access) and allow some non-SAAB 3rd party app to run upon startup all the time and that app happens to have malware that allows some system controls of your car, then you're in trouble. I gather 99.9% of the driving public will never be in this situation.

As for someone war-driving behind me to try and hack my system to crash my car, really? Give me a break. Stop reading the CNN technology page and take a gander at Ars Technica.
