There is usually fire.
- All auto manufacturers have seen partial (or full) manufacturing shutdowns due to lack of parts coming from Japan.
- Transition to a new accounting & payables system is never smooth.
- Old creditors crawled out of the woodwork months ago seeking payment for bills from before bankruptcy.
- Sales remain very low, still below the break even point.
- Global sales organizations are still being recreated, i.e. Canada and Australia.
- Management in the single largest market (US) seems to be in continual transition.
- Cash flow can be a killer for any business.
