So even though we've had a raft of Saabs in the family (86 900 sedan, 89 Turbo 'vert, 90 SPG, 02 9-5, 03 9-3 - 2 of them - and now an 00 9-5 wagon) I know that I could swoop in on a 9-5 Premium with a manual. While the actual warranty stuff doesn't bother me (really, whats going to break on a newer car anymore?) but it's the end value after a lease. I know its the banks problem, but if I put a ton of miles on it and want to buy it out, I would be screwed. Yes, you could say "then don't lease it", but I need to for work.

So what to do? Well, another VW, I guess.

My point is, the current uncertainty is keeping me from pulling the trigger - which I need to do soon. I realize that taking one off the lot would help the company, but is it enough to make a difference?
