I think that Nordest is an old form for 'Nordet' (wind from the north east) while Sourest is an old form for 'Suroit' (wind from the south west). Probably meaning the borders of the land northeast and southwest of the land of the 'seigneur'.
Ycelle is simply an old form of 'et celles ci' (on those).
