From what you have shared on previous posts you: have your first job out of college, bought a house, and rent rooms to one or more room-mates. Additionally I suspect you may have student loan interest (just from being a dad of two post college sons). TurboTax could do all this for you but you would need the Premier Edition with a $90 cost.
My recommendation to use a CPA is based on you receiving Tax Advice from the CPA in addition to Tax Preparation Services. Advice on your rental situation, tax avoidance/minimization strategies, and methods to set-up long term investment plans since almost everyone now has (or will have) D-I-Y pensions.
In future years I am certain you can do all this yourself with a standard tax software package, but you should have one-on-one help the first year to set everything up properly.
