I'm sure this isn't much help, but from what I know of many people's experience, yours is pretty typical. People on the Audi forums I visit do this all the time, and it seems about 80% of the time their experiences are bad. And when a friend of mine moved back here to MA from CA and shipped one of his cars, they picked it up on time but I think they were almost 2 weeks late delivering it. His experience was pretty similar to yours... lots of phone calls and "I don't know"s alternated with promises, but no results.
