As a salesman at a dealership, motorcycles in my case, we got lots of detailed, analytical email inquiries. Often the dealership has a good piece of merchandise that is attracting attention and detail inquires from afar get a lower priority. The success rate for detailed analytical email inquires is relatively low also. You become a vehicle salesperson because you're lazy and not chained to a desk answering emails, but rather enjoy talking to folks and having the freedom to roam around. New vehicles are easier to sell with email because there is no discussion of provenance or condition, usually only price and maybe equipment, but used vehicles folks can request a lot of information, extra photos, histories, inspections etc., and customers on the lot always take priority to that.
I know a better salesman than I who had very little patience with email inquiries. His standard reply was, give me a call, as talking to someone person to person is so much more effective than email.
I suggest you give the salesperson or the dealership a call and start a discussion. The shear length of your post/rant is probably as daunting as your email to the dealership.
