You need to pay that yearly? Florida has one registration fee and that it. Years ago when I was living off the fat of the land certain things required me to have a physical address. Opening up a po box at any post office will work. Using the post offices physical address with your po box number works as a physical address. Anyone sending you mail will look at it as your po box number is an apt number. Any mail the post office receives will automatically be dropped in your po box. You can use the address to register your car and use it for proof of resistance.
When filling out the form write it as
Mr moogo
111 Main Street #61
Orlando fl 36543
Getting a Florida plate would require you have a Florida license and you'd pay 40$ a year for the new sticker. Only prob is every state requires a person to carry only one license. When Getting the Florida license they would want your Michigan license. Catch 22
