Been awhile since i posted a photo, so this may take a couple tries. I took this picture in the hangar at ICT in Wichita where the airplane lives now. It was being serviced, up on jack pads cycling the main and nose gear. It was January 30, so prior to the pandemic, however, we were watching the epidemic news from China at the time. I knew it was only a matter of time before things would change dramatically, so had to catch up on the last of the restoration to airworthiness. When it was in the hangar at McConnel AFB, we would enter the main cabin/crew deck on a ladder up through a non existent nose transparency. Inside, the crew deck looked brand new or better. The wiring harness peg boards were across the street in the catacombs under the main plant, still there from WWII.
So, now there are two flying, this one has had some quality work done to get it back into shape for flying.
