Hard to tell the extent of this, but the brake lines do corrode to the point of leaking into the floor pan, possibly depending on the climate. Both of my 900s had that problem and in one of them, it completely wrecked the floor pan. The foam mat under the carpet soaks up all the brake fluid and any other water etc and it will never dry because of the rubber layer on top. That in constant contact with the floor pan eventually leads to rot. Of course, being a common problem, it is one of the first things I would ask about or look for, as it is a massive amount of work to repair. That said, it is hard to tell where this is from the photo, though it almost looks like under the car rather than inside it. Under the car is a minor repair...
