but occasionally I'm in middle of repair and find I lack an O-ring, and the usual local and online suppliers are stocked out, don't list, or wait week for delivery. So I buy extra for my own future use, label them, and add a line to my O-ring table. Most recent example was an SAE 111 O-ring that I found works OK for sealing oil chain tensioner spring nut on pre-GM Saab engines. Another apparently NLA seal was the 18mm rubber bonded (Dowty) seal used on oil pressure relief valve plug on timing cover p/n 9955389. Compared to some other brands, Saab makes parts sourcing easier with their electronic parts catalog (EPC), Orio, and some of Saabnet sponsors.
