SWEDECAR sums it up pretty well. But with online commerce it is possible to do a search by part number all around the world. I have found parts from some parts liquidators who might have got the parts from closed dealers or even Saab Parts, who knows. It doesn’t hurt to spend some time searching and the Electronic Parts Catalog is your source for part numbers. Then you have to familiarize yourself with used parts suppliers local and national. Online auction sites can be a pretty useful source and you never know what might turn up there, both new and used parts. Don’t be afraid to stock some parts yourself if you are serious about keeping the car running. I have some new genuine parts I got for big discounts and are no longer available. That makes the parts much more valuable now,
