The link to WIS was on the desktop of the new machine when we picked it up from the local Shop. The program wouldn't load when I attempted to access it on day #1.

I have not tried the "Legacy Program Shell" that I saw mentioned on Win11 help sites.

I have not reloaded the WIS program either.

My wife used PaintShop regularly prior to her retirement from the local schools 4 years ago. We were cautioned that PrintShop would likely no longer work as the program has been discontinued(?), but it opens fine.

Are you using a Shell for Legacy Software?
