...the engineers gave the BBC the information to work with. All I did was cut and paste this information. I cannot be cross-examined on it because I'm not an expert so it isn't me saying, it's the BBC saying.
I'm no big fan of speed bumps. Anything to improve engineering on speedbumps, I support. Why, if I am going the lower, safer speed the speed bump calls for, should I get bumped as hard as the guy who speeds over top of it?
Sounds as if (a) you're happy with speedbumps the way they are (b) you don't like Brits or (c) you think Brits are OK but all their engineering sucks.
Sheesh.
