Cheap airfares to anywhere in Europe in late June are virtually impossible to find. Believe it or not, if you can get a ticket To Finland for under $1000 in late June it's a pretty good deal. I did notice, however, a cheap fare on Northwest/KLM -- it's good until mid-June but your outbound flight has to be in late-May. Maybe check out travelocity.com or expedia.com. You might also try fares from Toronto or Chicago. Buying two tickets -- for example, Detroit to London or Amsterdam and then London or Amsterdam - Helsinki may work out to be a bit cheaper but not by much. Also, check Finnair and NW for webfare specials. You might get lucky. Good luck.
