Saab = Friendly Drivers Posted by Clay McNeely [Email] (#497) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Clay McNeely) on Tue, 17 Jul 2001 11:01:51 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
There was a segment on Good Morning America today that I thought might be of interest to some of you. One reporter traveled to New York City, Houston, and Los Angeles. She was conducting a study of driving behavior. In each city, she would stop at a red light, start a timer when the light turned green, and waited until someone would honk at her to go. While in Houston, she commented on one driver that waited through an entire light, never honking or making gestures at her. I found it quite interesting that the car was a red, new generation Saab 900. I would have found myself at fault of honking, especially since the reporter was in a Pontiac. So, is it really true that Saab = Friendly Drivers? I honestly believe so.
