But first open one of those caps on the battery. Look inside and see if there is a fluid in there that covers all those plates you see inside.
If you can see the top of the plates, get some battery top-up liquid. Sometimes called distilled water, because that is what it is.
Fill up battery til you can't see those paltes.
Now undo all the caps and charge the battery. Best read instructins that come with he charges first!!!
If the battery goes flat again in a few days, come back and let me know. Then I'll have to get a bit more technical with you. But don't go buying a new battery yet, until we are sure it is the battery. It could be the alternator not charging the battery. Your service people are ones I wouldn't use again. Their "help" was XXX.
ALso look at the NG900 board. I gave some instructions there on how a check a car battery.
