First we impound all the SUVs and trucks. The owners of these things will have their licenses permanently revoked and will be required to take a course in aesthetics. SUVs prove that even a first grader could design a sucessful production vehicle (crude oversized box with wheels).

If that doesn't do the job we need to start revoking licenses. If we simply pull the license of everyone whose birthday is on an odd numbered day we should make a significant dent into the problem. However, since that probably won't really resolve the issue, we will put together a system where the remaining drivers can sign up for road time when and where I don't expect to be driving.

This seems reasonable to me. If you have any complaints contact your local DOT.
