Kind of related, kind of long, kind of humerous...

In Jamacia on spring break years ago a group of us decided to rent mopeds and or dirt bikes.
So this one guy who has never ridden a dirt bike before gets this monster bike and hauls a$$ down the road. Literally seconds later we find him a complete mess on the side of the road. A Jamacian ambulance (some guys old pick up truck) eventually arrives and takes him to some hospital but won't take any of us with him.
Two days later we are sitting by the pool at the resort and he comes limping up with both arms in slings and a big white bandage around his head, he looked like something you would see in an old WWII movie.
Turns out he dislocated both shoulders.
On a side note while at the hospital he waited 24 hours before he was looked at and during that time the only thing he was given was a warm beer.
