although I think Italian is more useful (that's what I speak as a second language - my wife is Italian). Greek is out since you need to learn an alphabet, too. German is hard to pronounce and won't take advantage of your knowledge of Spanish. French is impossible to spell; they have spelling contests for adults over there. Italian is really easy to spell - they don't even bother teaching spelling after about third grade. The grammar is pretty hard, but you won't get to the rough stuff in just two years of study. Some good literature to read in Italian, too - Moravia, Dante (if you're ambitious).
