Well, I'm not sure if you can count this as "in" the garage, but it involved the garage. I wiped out the pass. side mirror and housing on my '94 9k CSE backing out of the garage by hitting the big door frame. Not as much room there as when I had my Miata :) I get a used replacement mirror & housing, install it, and promptly hit the big door frame backing out of the garage! :( Fortunately this time the mirror flexed back like its supposed to do, so no damage other than a small white paint spot on the housing. I'm a little more careful now.
I've done the blown bag trick too, but with the regular house vacuum. I just couln't figure out why the house got so dusty all of a sudden :)
