I just don't want Saab to fall victim to the masses. I have owned only Saabs since I could drive. I bought my first 99 in 1979, moved up to a 900 in 83, bought another 900 in 1990, and just purchased a 9-3 viggen last year (what a saucy little car that is). I have always been impressed with the fact that saab has remained true to their basic body design with all of its quirky little features. In reading the description of the 9-3x and looking at the image it seems like a pretty radical departure from their traditional design. Even if Saab doesn't entirely adapt this new design I am pretty certain that they are planning to change their approach. My opinion is that if Saab should change anything it should not be the basic design of their cars but rather how the cars are marketed.
