Hi Nick. Sounds like you have the same vehicles as me, almost the same years on the truck, same cars..On the Dodge brakes Are you sure you got the correct slave cylinder? the right and left are different. Is the parking brake pivot stud(usually comes separate in box) pressed in the correct whole? Are the main return springs on correct? The straight long end gets hooked on the center pin after the half moon shoe retainer is on the pin. The front and rear return springs are different also. The front and rear shoes are different also. The shoe with less material on it goes on the foward position. Any chance you got both short shoes on one side and both long on the other?
