Tutak's portrayal of the Russia scene noted "a new bullishness markedly apparent in the current enthusiasm of foreign automakers." "The range of this interest has never been more diverse," he said.
"Automakers from America, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Korea and now Romania and apparently India all have their sights on the massive potential and strategic significance of Russia, and many automotive leaders rank the country among the key markets of the 21st century alongside China and India."
