Although I think Vlad is correct in that the Astra is the way to go, especially considering the interior. Love the Astra interior.
Remember that the ION is geared towards the Ford Focus/Civic folks so the styling may not be to all of our tastes.
The stance is much better than before, the size is great, and it uses the Ecotech 2.2 engine which is probably the best engine I've seen out of GM (neglecting Saab of course) in quite some time.
