email me so we can discuss, but to answer your specific questions:

1) This was back in December - in Connecticut. Asking price was $18.9K(1999 with 29.4K miles base 9-3 loaded with leather and wood dash, etc.) car had clean car fax and was a lease reutrn from the dealer. Had nearly 2 years of original warranty left, plus the additional 1yr/12K miles. in mint condition and all services performed up to 30K service. Purcahsed for $17.4K. Probably could have gotten lower - $17K, but not under $17K - again this car was in MINT condition. Every car is different, I drove 6 1999 9-3's - this was the best, most solid I had driven. BTW - the $17K price was in line with edmunds.com true market value. ALSO - they gave me wholesale for my trade-in - which was full of problems...

2) all problems have been addressed, more or less. warranty is pretty solid.

3) You WANT to buy a saab with a warranty. they are great cars, but tend to have a "break in" period where you may/may not have nuiscance problems that need to get worked out with the dealer.
