Dear JD Powers and Associates.
As I sit here carless I must take issue with your review of Hyatt Saturn Saab Isuzu in the Calgary Automall. They had recieved your highest honours for excellent service, service I am still looking for.
I had taken my SAAB there yesterday for a shifter alignment and had them clean the engine as well so that I would be able to see the location of an oil leak. I took it to them because they are supposed to be SAAB experts and according to you, quite helpful.
After paying 130$ I picked up my car in the morning and at 5 PM left my office for home. The car sputtered and stalled leaving me stranded ona very busy freeway. Luckilly I had my cell phone and immediatel called Hyatt. They would not send anyone to help me, required that I phone the towing company myself and told me that although they are open till 6 they would not help me. They then told me that I could expect the car fixed this morning and to call around 10. At 10 when I called they told me my car had not been looked at but hat they would TRY and FIT ME IN in between scheduled appointments. Most unsatisfactory.
In short I am incredibly displeased at their reluctance to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. This is quite unlike what you and the various radio adds have been telling us the buying public and
I feel it a disservice to consumers.
