Sorry to hear of your woes. As a physician, I agree mostly with the above. However, many post-traumatic conditions may give you the above symptoms. The two most likely would be post-concussive disorder (was there any loss of consciousness?) or more likely given your symptoms cupulolithiasis or post-traumatic benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. The former resulting from recovery of concussion/swelling/etc, and the latter from dislodgement and subsequent migration of tiny calcium-based stones within your vestibular system (specifically semicircular canals). There are some other more rare causes resulting from fractures of the skull base/brain hemorrhage however. As a general rule, there is no substitute for/and it is mandatory that you see a physician-both for diagnostic as well as documentation purposes. I would refrain from seeing a chiropractor at this point. Oh yeah, please do not take my words for gospel as I am not seeing you as a patient, and the above is not to be used as a substitute for a bonifide history and physical exam performed by a liscensed physician in your state.
