The case of the antenna is ground. The case comes up through the hole in the chassis, and there is a nut that keeps it in place. Remove the nut, and drop the power mast assembly down through the hole. Now, make sure you've got some bare metal on the underside of the hole - clean it well with some fine sandpaper. The same with the mast assembly where it will mate. Then screw everything back together.
