than LCDs. Sony Multiscan G400 (19") and 20" Nokias coupled to a decent card are both better than any LCDs I have seen. Most common problems with LCDs are uneven backlight that make working with anything other than black text on white background impossible. Also, to get most out of your LCD you need to run the signal through DVI. I have an LCD/DVI/GF4 at home and it is not bad, but CRTs I mentioned are better.
