Maybe yes, maybe no. It depends on which Yakima accessories you have, and a little on how old they are. Some of their bike trays that clamp directly around the round Yak bar at the front (like the current Copperhead) will not adapt to square bars. The Boa two-piece bike tray will mount directly on either bar.
Many of the other Yak accessories either directly clamp to both round and square bars, or can be adapted for additional $$$.
I suggest you browse the Yakima website to see what your own situation is.
Personally, I mounted the Yak bars on my 9-5 Aero Wagon and find them to be great - but they definitely need a fairing. And be sure to trim the bars as narrowe as possible to minimize the amount of bar exposed to the airflow. Getting square bar adapters for all your Yakima accessories may prove to be very costly. It is much easier to just install the round bars on your car.
