A while back my wife decided to transport a pot of gravy, with the pot cover on it, on the rear seat floor of my 9000 (why she did not use one of those Tupperware sealed containers is a mystery to me). Any way, first sharp turn and its gravy all over the floor - what a colossal mess! Got a lot of it up with paper towels, then used a wet vac, followed by a Little Green Machine water injection cleaner. Overall the rugs came out ok, but what a project.
In the case of your car, given that your gravy and such went down by front seat and console, you may want to consider removing the front seat in order to be able to access the carpeting under and to the side of the seat. Good luck!
