Martin: I used Combs for a fairly severe repair to my then new Isuzu Trooper. (A Columbus 16 year old, driving his mom's Cadillac without her permission T-Boned me). Paul Combs owns it, he is a pretty good guy. This was about six or seven years ago now, but I let him know up front that I wanted it done right and I would bring it back until I thought it was right. He had no problem with that, and did offer a good guarantee. There were no paint match issues, they did put a piece of trim on in the wrong place, and the paint did not blend well in one area, but they were happy to remedy anything I pointed out. Overall a good experience, but there were some niggling issues they should have gotten right the first time.
MAG's body shop is called "The Body Shop" as far as I know, I don't know if that's the same organization they referred you to. I have had friends get their VW, Jag, and Audi fixed there, all with no complaints.
Sorry you were welcomed to the area in such an unpleasant way. What kind of Saab are you driving? Let me know if I can help with any other Coumbus information. Feel free to use the private e-mail. Erik
