I knew when I bought my '02 Arc it was unique but it wasn't until I drove from Atlanta to Daytona Beach (total trip of about 1200 miles) that I realized how rare it was. I didn't see a single Saab going down I-75 and it wasn't until I was within fifty miles of being back in Atlanta that I saw two 9.3s, both convertibles. I was surprised that Daytona, which is a fair sized town, did not have a Saab dealer. I like being different but when does small become too small? It is nice to have a dealer network that can support you when you need it. It appears the new 9.3SS is going to be a hit. I hope so. I hope Saab sells a lot of them (by Saab standards) and a few of the people that come in to see them decide on a 9.5. Let's hope they get the new 9.3 convertible out quickly too. The convertible is popular so once it is up to date it should do well. I like to be different, but it would be nice to see a few friends on the road.
