Finally some action, huh? However, there was some more insight into
Tony, especially his ability to lie to everyone including himself.

Did you notice how he went back to pick up the power tool for cousin
Brian? That was a very nice touch. The lie would have worked except
Brian mucked it up "I'm ... uh ... installing anchors for ... uh ...
a mirror ... yeah ... that's the ticket!" :-)

Tony lied to the crooked politician and himself that Irina and the
assembly-man having a relationship wasn't bothering him, but after a
few drinks (ironically celebrating another successful co-venture with
the assembly-man), he let himself own up to his true feelings.

In addition, Tony lied to himself saying that he controlled his anger
when the squatters accosted him and A.J. Do you really think he wanted
to strain his profitable relationship with the assemblyman over $7,000
when he willingly gives Brian a $12,000 watch? He could have just as
easily given Brian a $5,000 watch and he would have been just as
grateful. No, Tony let his anger work on him and his devious mind
devised a way to get back at the squatters.

That's why Dr. Melfi is a little misguided in her asking Tony to
accord her the same respect that he accords crack-addicts. With Tony,
you're much better off having him vent his anger immediately and not
later when his mind has had time to work out a fiendish plot. This does
not bode well for Carmine and the New York family because they've been
getting on Tony's nerves for all of this season.

And yes, Furio and Carmela should get on with it!! :-)
