Hi,
This economist article still mentions GM's "Put" clause for Fiat.
Doesn't GM have lawyers who vet contracts for them? If Fiat goes
belly-up, shouldn't GM be able to buy Fiat for bargain basement price
perhaps based on price of Fiat stock on Milan Stock Exchange?
