Dallas or most places in Texas aren't bad. Big parking spaces (lots of room), No salt or sand, mostly sunny weather, and newer roads. About the only damagining things are hail and sun. The sun can do a job on a paint job over time, but it would take a while. People generally drive fast and don't use signals, but they aren't all that bad. Overall I would easily buy a used car from Texas. You might want to skip Houston thou - never know if you will get a flooded one.
