I have the unique experience of having one of the best values and one of the not so best values on the road in my possession. Suprise, they're both Saabs!
One of the best, if not the best, and I'm being serious, is the:
2002 Saab 9-5 Linear at 30k with auto and premium package. Unbelievable value; My passengers all think my parents are well off. Kiplingers, Consumer Reports, NYTimes, JD Powers, give their lauds for value.
One of the not so best:
1997 Saab 900S Convertible. Hey, the motors for the top are broken again! Hey, it was devilishly expensive when new and now is worth almost nothing. Hey, I still want to sleep with it under my pillow at night it's so damn cute.
